Beautiful room, great hosts and a great location. If you are travelling to Llandudno then this place is perfect to stay at.

Small (in a very positive sense) boutique accommodation well situated as a base to explore north Wales. |Hosts Andrea and Mark are warm and friendly. They are accommodating and knowledgeable. Excellent recommendations on local food spot.

Stayed here with my husband and my dad for his 80th birthday and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, very well maintained and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The communal space was great for us to have a drink and wind down after a day sightseeing, and the beer bell was a particular highlight! The location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the shops, beach and pier, as well as multiple dining options, but on a quieter road without noise from traffic or crowds. My dad has low mobility and was able to walk comfortably and safely between the hotel and nearby attractions. The hosts were fantastic! Very welcoming and helpful, and even gave my dad a small gift for his birthday which he loved. 10/10 would stay again!

What a fabulous guest house. Spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly want in the rooms. Nothing is too much trouble for the Owners. Lovely couple.

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. The attention to detail really stood out, especially how spotlessly clean everything was throughout our stay. A warm, friendly atmosphere and excellent hospitality — we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it!

What a brilliant bed and breakfast! Mark and Andrea were perfect hosts with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms were pristine and perfect and the breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice each day. Location wise everything was within easy walkable access. I cannot recommend this accommodation more highly.

Had an absolutely fab stay at the Rosedene which was situated right at the heart of many eateries albeit around the corner in a lovely quiet residential street. |Andrea & Mark were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay great. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so easy and friendly to chat with, sharing all local places to see and visit, with directions to get there. Rooms beautifully decorated and immaculate with everything one would need and breakfasts fab with lots of choice.|As we were attending a Conference with 800+ ladies, most hotels and B&Bs in the town were used, however, in conversations, ours was definitely the best and beat the bigger hotels too for service, location, cleanliness, atmosphere and cost. What more accolade could one want for their chosen accommodation. |Will definitely be returning there and would not hesitate to recommend to others. |Absolutely fab-u-lous xxxxx Thank you Andrea and Mark, it really was lovely to meet you.

Such a great place to stay, the lovely couple who hosted us were very friendly. They told us about different places to visit and were very attentive with any questions we had. The place was spotless.||We slept amazing which is rare for us to sleep so well away from home. Location was fantastic, walking distance from everything, our car didn’t move!||Mark & Andrea were great. We’ll defo be back to stay. Thank you!

The Rosedean is a fantastic place, clean, great location close to shops & main street, Andrea and Mark are lovely hosts & the Rosedean is a credit to them, stay here & you won’t regret it

I stayed here for a week while performing at the Venue Cymru. The location was perfect. Close to all of the amenities I needed, a lovely walk to the seaside. My room was clean, the guest lounge was great, and Mark and Andrea were such lovely hosts.Already making plans to come back to Llandudno, and I’m making sure The Rosedene is at the top of my list when looking for accommodation.The loveliest stay. We’d love our time there, just perfect!Andrea is an amazing host, the room was very comfortable and it’s near to everything.

The Rosedene is perfectly situated close to shops and the North Shore. It is a comfortable, welcoming place, and Andrea and Mark are wonderful hosts. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. There are tea, coffee and biscuits available in the rooms, with chilled water and more hot drinks available in the lounge. It’s great value and I’ve now stayed here 4 times – you can’t beat it!

As expected, my return visit was a fantastic, friendly and comfortable experience. The Rosedene is the perfect place to relax, spotless and clean. Rooms are spacous and first rate. Andrea and Mark are Beautiful people and they make your stay.|Will be back again next year all being well…
