What a lovely hotel!! Mark and Andrea were lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. We’ll definitely be visiting here again!

The Proprietors Andrea and Mark as hosts are wonderful.We have just stayed there . Four days, with family and friends .We all agreed that we would, without hesitation stay there again.They didn’t do breakfast, but there are so many places to get breakfast in Llandudno, that it didn’t even matter. It suited us better, in fact, because we could get up whenever we felt liked.The rooms, in fact, the whole place, was very clean and tidy. There is a decent sized lounge, with a large T.V, there is even a beer bell, that you can ring for a drink, whenever you feel like one, or two…at reasonable prices.Recommended? Yes, definitely

Fabulous host and beautiful hotel.The hotel is immaculately clean throughout.My room was perfect, enough cupboard and wardrobe space, with plenty of hangers 👍.Warm bathroom, great little shower. Bin in the bathroom.The bed was very comfortable and had lovely modern bedding.My room was at the front of the property and it was very quiet.Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided and replenished.They have a lounge on the ground floor, where you can eat your takeaways, they provide plates for this. Also tea and coffee is available, plus a fridge with bottles of water. Guests can also order alcoholic drinks from a menu via a ring ‘bar bell’.The location of the Rosedene is ideal for the Great Orme, the tram, pier and promenade, plus the shops and eateries.The Rosedene is excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. I shall definitely be returning.

This hotel will definitely be my ‘go to’ when I return to Llandudno.|I was given a warm and friendly welcome by Mark, the host, at the door.|The Rosedene is beautifully decorated and furnished in a modern style.|My room had everything I needed, lots of cupboard space and a small wardrobe with plenty of hangers.|The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was lovely.|Tea, coffee etc was provided and replenished, along with biscuits.|The bathroom was nice and warm, great little shower cubicle. |My room was at the front of the property and it was very quiet.|There is a lounge on the ground floor, where guests can make coffee, tea etc, watch TV or read a book. There is also a ‘drinks menu’ so guests can order an alcoholic drink by way of a ring ‘ bar bell’. Plates are also provided for takeaway food. They really have thought of everything.|The Rosedene is in an ideal location for the Great Orme, tram,pier, shops, eateries.|The Rosedene is excellent value for money. I have stayed in several hotels in Llandudno and this is by far the best!

Excellent hotel and host. 😀 – A very warm welcome and goodbye from Mark. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. My room had everything I needed. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower cubicle. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, which were replenished. Availability to have drinks in the lounge, with tv and books too. Everything was immaculately clean. Perfect location and quiet. Excellent value for money. I’ll definitely return in the future. 😞 – There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Well what can I say about this wonderful guesthouse the hosts went out of there way to make you very welcome the rooms are spotless its close to the center we will definitely stay again and would highly recommend

Absolutely lovely place never stayed anywhere so clean .tea and coffee available to make in your room but also a lovely lounge area available with hot drinks too.also bottles of water available straight from the fridge.we are 58 and 69 so done some travelling in our years and I have to say that this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at.close to all amenities so convenient too Andrea was lovely and you could tell she took pride in her place which makes a change from those that just want to take your money and don’t realy care. Definitely our new favourite place.

Lovely, cosy guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. |The bed was so comfortable with crisp white bed linen. Coffee, tea making facilities in the room and biscuits. Large TV and free WIFI. |They don’t serve breakfast, but there’s a lovely dining room where you can eat your takeaway food. Crockery and cutlery provided. |There is also a fridge, large TV and comfy settee in there.|Andrea and Mark are superb hosts and you can tell that The Rosedene is special to them.

A real gem in Llandudno. Mark & Andrea are lovely and welcoming hosts and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Their wonderful property is ideally located in the heart of everything and is immaculately clean. Will happily stay again.

😀 – What can I say wow i have never stayed anywhere so clean for a start very welcoming homely feel.everything you need In your room and available in the lounge downstairs various flavoured teas,coffee water in the fridge all help yourself.location perfect. Andrea realy lovely and friendly had a great stay.cant wait to go back won’t go anywhere else . 😞 – Nothing to not like

What a lovely, cosy guesthouse.Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated.Bed was so comfortable and bedding was clean, crisp and white.Breakfast isn’t available, but there are plenty of cafes and other options near by.However, there is a lovely dining room that can be used by guests wishing to bring back take away food – Cutlery and crockery are supplied in the dining room.In the dining room there is also a huge TV, a stocked fridge, a comfy settee, books and games.A short walk to the centre of things (3/5 mins)Andrea and Mark are excellent hosts – friendly and helpful.
