5* from start to finish!! Amazing from start to finish!!

We were actually not booked in here to start with but was left without anywhere to stay due to the disgusting hotel we had booked in for & wasn’t willing to stay there.
When we asked in the Rosedene whether they had any vacancies we knew straight away how lovely & welcoming the couple who have this hotel were!
From taking our cases up to the hotel room for us, to giving us coffee’s whilst we chat with them in the sunshine both Mark & Andrea can’t do enough for their guests!!

Short break at The Rosedene I stayed for 4 nights. The guest house is fairly close to the beach as well as to the shops and restaurants Everything was clean, modern and, most of all, comfortable The shower was easy to use and there was a large flat screen TV. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided, with both a kettle and coffee machine. There was a guest lounge downstairs. I had all I needed and it was an enjoyable stay.

Satisfied customer. This is a very clean, quiet and cosy place to stay with friendly and accessible owners. I would definitely use this hotel again as it’s also very close to the beach and local amenities and attractions so no problem if you don’t like walking 🙂

This is a lovely hotel. Extremely clean and tidy. Great facilities. The hosts are very welcoming and have lots of local knowledge.

Fantastic Wonderful welcome, great hosts that treat you as friends,lovely accommodation, which is beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean,breakfast is not included ,but the lie in is wonderful and you get loads of goodies in your room each day,you can park on the street no problem ,can’t wait to visit again, keep doing what you are doing Andrea and mark xxxx

Rosedene Lovely residence..well cared for and immaculate Our room was lovely. Location is very central. We used the guest living room to enjoy our take away from the local Thai restaurant. Andrea and Mike welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would return to stay here.

Wonderful place to stay This is a lovely place to stay. Great room. Slept well in the spotless bedroom. Facilities are very well kept. Andrea and Mark are great hosts, well informed about the area, welcoming to all. The hotel.is not far from.the front at Llandudno, a short walk. I would highly recommend people to stay here.

My recent stay at The Rosedene exceeded all expectations. Mark and Andrea were the perfect hosts, always attentive and welcoming. The guest house is tastefully adorned and impeccably clean, creating a homely atmosphere from the start. Its prime yet tranquil location made exploring Llandudno effortless. I left feeling rejuvenated and eager for my next stay!

The cleanliness and the room was over our expectations! Spot on! The Rosedene is located just minutes away from the heart of Llandudno, with a lot of choices to explore the Great Orme from walking, taking the Cable Car, the Tramway or even drive up to the top and enjoy a nice cup of tea or a coffee . In case you stuffed yourself with a nice meal you can always take a walk on the Pier or The Promenade and make the most of the panoramic views. A truly magic place to make lots of memories if you travel with the family or just enjoying the Holiday with your partner. Such a fantastic time we had here and we just can’t thank enough to Andrea and Mark for the room they accommodate us with. Comfortable bed, the room was very well positioned as we couldn’t hear any traffic coming by, and the cleanliness starting from when you first step inside the property all the way up to your room. Something that it just speaks for itself. We had a great time and we just couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a very nice, extremely clean and close to absolutely everything you want to have and need around you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
