Ideally located, well presented guesthouse We had a lovely short break at the Rosedene which is an ideal location to explore Llandudno and it’s attraction. Nothing is too much trouble for Andrea and Mark and our room was comfortable and quiet. No breakfast is actually a bonus as you can get up when you want to and there are lots of cafes a short walk away. We will definitely be booking again if we’re ever in the area.

The best place to stay in Llandudno!! Absolutely incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly and homely. Mark and Andrea made us feel so welcome and treated us like VIPs.

We had such a fantastic stay and we will not be staying anywhere else in Llandudno, The Rosedene is our new go to place. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it – you won’t regret it!

Golf trip Few days away here with some golfing friends. Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. Property is first class, great placement for everything. Rooms are spotless and the little touches around the place really make a difference. Choccy biscuits in the rooms. Fab. Beer was top drawer. We will be back again. Thanks to you both

Great Hotel Fantastic hotel really enjoyed my stay. Owners were very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t have done anymore to look after me and my friends. Lovely spacious rooms can’t recommend the hotel more to people if they are looking for somewhere to stay.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at The Rosedene! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Rosedene in Llandudno. The location is ideal – just a short 2-minute walk to cafes, bars, and restaurants, under 5 minutes to the seafront, and about 7 minutes to the tram – all while being tucked away on a peaceful street away from the hustle and bustle.

Andrea, the hostess, and her husband were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips and a warm welcome. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all with so many nearby options. Andrea and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even providing vegan milk and delicious vegan treats in our room – such a thoughtful and personal touch!

The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully combining traditional charm with tasteful, modern décor. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the bed gave us a perfect night’s sleep. Free street parking was another bonus.

We would highly recommend The Rosedene to anyone visiting Llandudno – in fact, we’ve already shared the details with friends and family. Can’t wait to return!

Rosedean,Arvon avenue, Llandudno I stayed at the Rosedean over the Easter period it was absolutely amazing,the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in.the whole place is immaculate.Andrea and Mark were so attentive and friendly we enjoyed all the chats etc , can’t wait for the next visit.i would totally recommend the Rosedean to anyone for the future

Easter weekend stay We have just come back from a 3 night bank holiday weekend
We took elderly mum with us and we all loved the place
They catered for her unusual needs and made her feel right at home
The rooms are modern and beautiful
The hosts are very welcoming and could not do enough for us
The place was very clean and any extra were topped up on a faulty basis and we had access to ask for anything using a. Modern phone system

Absolutely wonderful, Spotless with fantastic hosts We have been going to Llandudno for around 30 years and we have never stayed anywhere as nice as The Rosedene !!, Its an absolute credit to the owners Andrea and Mark, the place is absolutely spotless, that spotless I accidentally walked into the shower door, it was that clean ! We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the sun, with a couple of drinks outside, bathed in glorious sunshine, if you are thinking of going to Llandudno look no further than the rosedene, you will not be disappointed.

Super,clean great hosts From minute we got there we felt very welcomed, wonderful hosts couldn’t do enough for us. The room was perfect, clean and had all the amenities you would need, had a bottle of water on arrival which we could have more if at anytime. Location was excellent, great easy acces to prom, shops, restaurants etc. We will be back for sure
You can get a drink after 15.00 and the prices are the cheapest around

Great accommodation in Llandudno Rooms are tidy and neat. Every day rooms are cleaned which is very important to me. There is enough space in the room for people to operate. Bathroom is small but lovely. Andrea and Mark are friendly and will help you with anything you can think of. Really great experience for me. If I ever come back to Llandudno I know where I will stay.

Fantastic weekend Lovely comfy bedrooms very clean hosts were very accommodating definitely better back ,great location to all amenities pubs restaurants sea front , lovely hosts couldn’t do enough for us ,beds pillows all comfy home from home ,coffee machine and kettle in rooms

Amazing A good hotel really makes your weekend. Extremely friendly and caring hosts and comfy beds! I won’t be using any other hotel when I return to Llandudno and I will definitely be back after such a great weekend spent with family and friends ..

Great hotel Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms Andrea and Mark are very friendly hosts. Quiet area very close to all amenities including shops, sea front and the Great Orme.
Would recommend Home Cookin for a decent meal.
We will go back again.

Great group trip away made even more memorable by the excellent accommodation The rooms were clean and comfy, plenty of amenities, tea coffee etc and a very welcoming host.
Great location just a short walk into town, to some great walks and cosy pubs.
The host gave us many pointers for places to visit and things to see. The little seating outside and the communal area where you can eat / order cheap drinks was a very nice touch. 100% would stay again 10/10

Andrea and Mark are lovely. Fantastic friendly people that can’t do enough for you. Rosedene is in the perfect location and is so quiet. Not our first visit and were already planning the next. If your looking for a walking, beach, site seringen or shopping trip it’s all here. A trip to the pier is a must.
