Unexpected little gem❤️ Fabulous little gem that packs a punch. Didn’t really expect much, but the room was beautifully decorated and has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. No specific parking, but not too much of a problem, as the surrounding streets are free to park. Andrea and Paul, the hosts, are really friendly and more than happy to do anything they can to elevate your stay. Lovely people. We’ll definitely stay again.

Fun weekend in Llandudno Everything was as expected. Andrea was lovely and hospitable. The rooms had what we needed, and were clean. When I made a couple of random requests, Andrea went above and beyond to accommodate them. It was a quick walk to the pier. We would happily stay there again.

Perfect place to stay Cannot recommend this beautiful place enough, central and convenient, spotless room, wonderful friendly welcome everything you need, Andrea and Mark were simply excellent hosts and could not do enough, lounge is comfortable and has everything you need will definitely be back as soon as possible , thank you for a wonder stay

Excellent stay Stayed at the Rosedene guest house for 3 nights for our Anniversary and as a very fussy person I can honestly say it’s the nicest we have stayed in, on entering the guest house there is a lovely aroma, the rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable, Andrea and Mark are a lovely couple that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, there is also a communal room which you can sit in and they have even provided fresh water, milk, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc so you can make a drink and take your own food in if you wish which is a lovely bonus and very unusual, at the front of the property is a lovely little garden with tables and chairs and has the sun directly on it, we sat there for an hour or so with a beer each day before getting ready for the evening, it was lovely and peaceful, we even got a parking space right outside the door which was great, the property is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops and about 5 minutes to the pier, also a very short walk to the great orme, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great 2 night stay at the Rosedene just what we needed. Room was lovely, spotlessly clean, really comfortable and the facilities were dead on. Mark and Andrea our hosts were really nice and they couldn’t do enough for you. Location is really good, just a couple of minutes to beach and pier. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this last minute as weather looked good. We were not disappointed. The room was lovely, very comfortable, spotless clean and nice treats left each day. It is also a good touch that you can use the lounge downstairs for eating your own breakfast and bringing back takeaways with plates cutlery etc provided and also it is licensed with very reasonable prices. Overall could not fault it. Would definitely recommend. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating.

Great hotel situated on a quiet road but close to all amenities. Extremely comfortable and clean room. Mark and Andrea were great hosts would certainly stay here again.

Currently staying at The Rosedene in Llandudno with hosts Mark and Andrea. We’ve been bowled over by this place and just how friendly Mark and Andrea are towards everyone. The rooms are tastefully decorated, extremely clean and really comfortable. Can’t recommend The Rosedene enough, both for excellent location and amazing value for money.

I’ve had a lovely stay at the Rosedene. Comfy bed, a pretty room and exceptional hosts. I’m looking forward to my next stay there. The location is in easy walking distance to the Pier and seafront and also to the town center. Parking was easy enough to find in the area.
