I stayed here for a week while performing at the Venue Cymru. The location was perfect. Close to all of the amenities I needed, a lovely walk to the seaside. My room was clean, the guest lounge was great, and Mark and Andrea were such lovely hosts.Already making plans to come back to Llandudno, and I’m making sure The Rosedene is at the top of my list when looking for accommodation.The loveliest stay. The Rosedene is perfectly situated close to shops and the North Shore. It is a comfortable, welcoming place, and Andrea and Mark are wonderful hosts. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. There are tea, coffee and biscuits available in the rooms, with chilled water and more hot drinks available in the lounge. It’s great value and I’ve now stayed here 4 times – you can’t beat it!

Really great time at this hotel . My partner band I spent the weekend here on the 30 and 31st October . Fantastic couple Mark and Andrea are the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for these two. Explained everything to us regarding the room ( which had a king size bed ) bonus !! Mark generously carried our bags up to the room as I was on crutches and then on the Sunday when we checked out , he carried them out to the car which was at the end of the street. |Spotlessly clean , warm and inviting . Definitely our go to hotel in Llandudno from now on . Selwyn & Donna. 👏👏

Had another short 3 night break at this fabulous guest house. Ideal central location for all shops, cafes, pubs and 2 mins walk to the pier. The accommodation is excellent, cosy and extremely clean. Hosts Andrea and Mark make your stay so warm and relaxing and can’t do anything more to look after you. Definitely returning again.

Great location, quiet and easy walking distance to town /sea front. We had no problem in finding a parking space nearby. Nice room with en-suite, plenty of tea/coffee & biscuits. Very clean (newly decorated), comfortable bed & pillows. All in all very good value. Would recommend.

This hotel will definitely be my ‘go to’ when I return to Llandudno.|I was given a warm and friendly welcome by Mark, the host, at the door.|The Rosedene is beautifully decorated and furnished in a modern style.|My room had everything I needed, lots of cupboard space and a small wardrobe with plenty of hangers.|The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was lovely.|Tea, coffee etc was provided and replenished, along with biscuits.|The bathroom was nice and warm, great little shower cubicle. |My room was at the front of the property and it was very quiet.|There is a lounge on the ground floor, where guests can make coffee, tea etc, watch TV or read a book. There is also a ‘drinks menu’ so guests can order an alcoholic drink by way of a ring ‘ bar bell’. Plates are also provided for takeaway food. They really have thought of everything.|The Rosedene is in an ideal location for the Great Orme, tram,pier, shops, eateries.|The Rosedene is excellent value for money. I have stayed in several hotels in Llandudno and this is by far the best!

The Proprietors Andrea and Mark as hosts are wonderful.We have just stayed there . Four days, with family and friends .We all agreed that we would, without hesitation stay there again.They didn’t do breakfast, but there are so many places to get breakfast in Llandudno, that it didn’t even matter. It suited us better, in fact, because we could get up whenever we felt liked.The rooms, in fact, the whole place, was very clean and tidy. There is a decent sized lounge, with a large T.V, there is even a beer bell, that you can ring for a drink, whenever you feel like one, or two…at reasonable prices.Recommended? Yes, definitely
