Just perfect. Thank you very much I had a lovely stay. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was lovely with shampoos n stuff. Fresh water available by the bed, some really nice touches. The hosts Andrea and Mark were so warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back as I go to Llandudno to get away. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way! My wife and I have just had a delightful 2 night stay here at the Rosedene. Mark and Andrea are the most loveliest of hosts and are just one of the many reasons why we will be returning. The location couldn't be more perfect, only steps away from all amenities. Great location, great welcome, great sleep 😀 – Very warm welcome from the owner after getting a parking space almost right outside the guest house. and the lounge had everything you’d need to relax in if you wanted to. The bed was so comfortable and the room was just the right temperature, with further heating control and fans if needed. Shower was lovely and warm and the tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. Very clean and fresh room 😞 – I couldn’t fault anything about the property

The perfect place to stay. My partner and I wanted a random spontaneous trip to somewhere for a night and we ended up coming to Llandudno. This place was the perfect place to stay as it was super close to the beach, arcades and even into the town. I highly recommend the location. We also loved our stay here, the rooms felt clean and were lovely. Big TV and great wifi. Coffee and tea in the room and Andrea was very welcoming.

Excellent The location is great. The room is very nice, clean and well equipped. The host is very nice and supportive. They are very warm and friendly since we arrive. They even send us Easter gifts which is unexpected. They are also able to provide very helpful information ranging from dining, sightseeing to urgent vehicle repair. We’ve been very frustrated but we were so thankful for their tremendous support during the time.

My birthday weekend Absolutely fantastic nice room Nice firm bed ,very quiet Fantastic hosts Second time at the Rosedene I would recommend the Rosedene to anybody 2 minutes and your at the beach and town centre I highly recommend a trip on the tramway which is 5 minutes away

Mark and Andrea the couple who run the guest house were most welcoming and helpful during our stay. Lovely guest house. Tidy and clean, beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable. Mark and Andres were lovely and very helpful and kept the rooms and the guest house immaculate throughout. We will definitely return in the future and recommend this guest house to family and friends. The location was perfect as it was close to the front and many amenities. The Rosedene is a beautiful, spotlessly clean guest house, in an ideal central location, close to promenade, pier, shops, bars, cafe and restaurants. The day before check in, I knew this would be a great place to stay as Andrea contacted me to say she had already made my room up and it would be available to use from early the next day. This was ideal for me as I was arriving during the morning to park up in readiness for watching the Welsh Open snooker semi finals and final over the weekend of 17th & 18th February, afternoon and evening sessions. Both Andrea and Mark are excellent hosts and made me fully welcome as soon as I arrived. Highly recommended. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

The rosedene is a lovely place. The rooms r very very clean. Warm and comfortable. The staff r absolutely lovely people. We were welcomed at the door by the lovely owner who went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We will return here many times again. Everything you want is just around the corner.
