Bed & Breathe, we like to call it — a Llandudno B&B for guests who come to slow down, breathe in the sea air, and let the days unfold at their own pace.
An independently run boutique guest house on a quiet, tree-lined Victorian avenue — moments from Llandudno's seafront, the Great Orme Tramway, and the wild beauty of Eryri beyond.
Ten individually appointed rooms. Genuine, unhurried hospitality. The kind of stay that leaves you already thinking about coming back.

Does The Rosedene serve breakfast?
No — we're room-only by design, and we call it Bed & Breathe. There is no breakfast served here. Instead we point you to Llandudno's independent breakfast rooms and cafés, all a short walk away, so you eat well and at your own pace.
Is there parking at The Rosedene?
There is no private car park. Parking is free on-street on Arvon Avenue, first come first served, and there are several council car parks within a short walk.
Is The Rosedene on the seafront?
No. We are on a quiet, tree-lined avenue about three to five minutes from the promenade and four to six from the pier — which is exactly why the rooms are so quiet at night.
What time can I check in?
From 2pm when you book direct, 3pm on third-party sites. After that, secure keyless self check-in means you can arrive whenever suits, with no reception desk to wait at.
