A amazing stay at the rosedene guest house andrea and mark are super friendly host they make your stay so relaxing, the rooms are lovely beds are really comfortable, close to bars and restaurants two minutes to the promarde. this is our second stay here and we will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and the bed and pillows were really cosy. Mark and Andrew were incredibly friendly, showed us nearby attractions, and even gave a small gift to my daughter — she was over the moon. The location is great, with many places within walking distance, and we were lucky to get a free parking spot right outside.

A lovely guest house, beautiful bedroom. A warm welcome from Andrea when we arrived she explained the layout of the guest house and shows us our room. Andrea offered to sort out taxi and any restaurant reservations we might need. The guest house is just a couple of minutes from the beach so its location is perfect. Our room was at the front on the guest house but the street was quiet so no problem with sleeping. We would recommend

Excellent guest house just a few minutes to the beach Excellent guest house. Room 3 was beautifully presented with all you could need. We were greeted on our arrival by Andrea with a cheery welcome. She went through all we needed to know and showed us to our room.

Rosedene stay Had a really fantastic stay at the Rosedene hotel. The hosts Mark and Andrea were absolutely wonderful, so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying at the Rosedene.

Wonderful accommodation. We had a lovely two night stay at Rosedene this week. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room, a standard Double, was plenty big enough with more than adequate storage. Everything was spotlessly clean, with possibly the sparkliest bathroom we have ever seen. All furniture, towels and bed linen are of the highest quality and the property overall feels classy and well kept. We would have no hesitation in returning when we next visit Llandudno. Thank you.

2nd visit to llandudno and the rosedene, Really nice guest house with everything you could want from hosts in andrea & mark who really looked after us and made our stay very comfortable and its always difficult to leave The rooms are really clean,coffee and tea facilities (plus snacks) always stocked up, The beds are so comfortable Wouldnt stay anywhere else and planning to go back again this year

The whole B&B was spotless and a pleasure to stay in!
