Happy stays Rosedene was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely interior. The landlords were very kind and welcoming—exactly what you want when staying away from your loved ones. I would highly recommend staying here.

The only place to stop in Llandudno Wow! Mark and Andrea are excellent hosts and run a B&B as it should be run. They couldn't do enough for us. The place is spotless and we all had an excellent time. We've stopped in various places in Llandudno, but this place is the only place we would now return to. The Rosedene is excellent....

Lovely Guesthouse, Hosts Mark and Andrea very nice and helpful. Super rooms, very comfortable, quiet, clean (had a new refurbished feeling) very close to bars, restaurants and cafe/coffee shops (convenient as they don't do breakfast) Very nice terrace
Lovely guest house, perfect for us a we were on a golf trip in area, 2 mins walk to main area for shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, sea front etc. I had room 5, lovely room, very well presented and spotlessly clean, as was the whole house, Mark & Andrea couldn’t do enough to make our stay more enjoyable, and their communication was spot on all way through. The only down point was no breakfast, but we knew that and there’s plenty cafes etc within few mins walk. Would definitely go back again.
Very lovely hotel. Mark & Andrea were excellent hosts. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Less than 5 mins walk to the pier. Very quiet and beds were comfortable. Overall good value for money and would definitely stay here again

Lots of little extra thoughtfulnesses, especially if the weather inclement (as it decided to be on our weekend there!), which made everything extra comfortable and welcoming.....Will be back!

The Rosedene is well worthy of a 5 Star rating, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, one great experience. The hosts Mark & Andrea were such a pleasure to meet, there attention to detail to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay was outstanding. We would recommend a stay here without any hesitation, we will certainly be making a return visit !!

Andrea was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well maintained accommodation. Lovely quiet tree lined road but just a short walk from the promenade and shopping area. Free parking on road but could be difficult to find a space in high season. Would definitely stay there again.
Perfect hosts Everything, great location near Town and the Pier, beautiful clean room, wonderful friendly hosts. Tea, coffee machine, quality biscuits in the room plus shared lounge room with fridge, tables if you want take away. Loved our stay ❤️
Please book, you won’t regret it! 😊 Andrea was so welcoming, it felt like we were family she was welcoming into her home. Lots of great recommendations and you can tell she loves Llandudno. We met Mark later who was just as warm. The accommodation is spot on, fab location, beautifully clean, but also relaxed and homely. I would urge you to book and I’m sure we will be back again.
