Beautiful Guest House Beautiful guest house, rooms had everything you could ask for, coffee machine, tea, biscuits, fan for the hot weather. Location was brilliant turn left out of house 200 yards you were on the sea front. Amazing hosts, beautiful places to eat. Highly recommend The Blue Elephant for a curry. Harvey's for steak, burger, cocktails. So many places for a breakfast. We left at 10 am ish and didn't go back till gone 10pm . I will definitely be back again. Cath Harrison

I stayed at The Rosedene for 4 days. Andrea and Mark are lovely hosts and very helpful. I had the small single room but really big enough for one person. The room was very, very clean as the rest of the house and beautiful decorated. Everything you need is a stone throw away. You really have a big choice of breakfast opportunities around the corner. The bus stop is within a two minute walk.

Beautiful accomodation with lovely hosts I had a wonderful stay in The Rosedene. Andrea and Mark are so helpful and kind. I arrived to early but they arranged everthing that I could go to my room. The place is central located a stone throw away from the beach and most of the restaurant and coffee places. No problem if you want to enjoy breakfast they are just around the corner. And yes everything in the house is beautiful decorated and very, very clean. I had a single room. The room is quite small but big enough for a single person. I enjoyed my stay.

Please book, you won’t regret it! 😊 Andrea was so welcoming, it felt like we were family she was welcoming into her home. Lots of great recommendations and you can tell she loves Llandudno. We met Mark later who was just as warm. The accommodation is spot on, fab location, beautifully clean, but also relaxed and homely. I would urge you to book and I’m sure we will be back again. The room was very comfortable and clean. The host ( Andrea & Mark ) were very friendly. The hotel was in the center, very close to the pier. I got a lot of advice on where to go: Boat trip, beaches, shops etc.

The Rosedene is a lovely guest house,situated in the heart of Llandudno,Mark&Andrea are a lovely couple who own the guesthouse,the rooms are very modern clean and comfortable.

Beautiful room, great hosts and a great location. If you are travelling to Llandudno then this place is perfect to stay at.

Stayed here with my husband and my dad for his 80th birthday and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, very well maintained and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The communal space was great for us to have a drink and wind down after a day sightseeing, and the beer bell was a particular highlight! The location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the shops, beach and pier, as well as multiple dining options, but on a quieter road without noise from traffic or crowds. My dad has low mobility and was able to walk comfortably and safely between the hotel and nearby attractions. The hosts were fantastic! Very welcoming and helpful, and even gave my dad a small gift for his birthday which he loved. 10/10 would stay again!
