Absolutely wonderful, Spotless with fantastic hosts We have been going to Llandudno for around 30 years and we have never stayed anywhere as nice as The Rosedene !!, Its an absolute credit to the owners Andrea and Mark, the place is absolutely spotless, that spotless I accidentally walked into the shower door, it was that clean ! We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the sun, with a couple of drinks outside, bathed in glorious sunshine, if you are thinking of going to Llandudno look no further than the rosedene, you will not be disappointed.

Super,clean great hosts From minute we got there we felt very welcomed, wonderful hosts couldn’t do enough for us. The room was perfect, clean and had all the amenities you would need, had a bottle of water on arrival which we could have more if at anytime. Location was excellent, great easy acces to prom, shops, restaurants etc. We will be back for sure
You can get a drink after 15.00 and the prices are the cheapest around

Great accommodation in Llandudno Rooms are tidy and neat. Every day rooms are cleaned which is very important to me. There is enough space in the room for people to operate. Bathroom is small but lovely. Andrea and Mark are friendly and will help you with anything you can think of. Really great experience for me. If I ever come back to Llandudno I know where I will stay.

Fantastic weekend Lovely comfy bedrooms very clean hosts were very accommodating definitely better back ,great location to all amenities pubs restaurants sea front , lovely hosts couldn’t do enough for us ,beds pillows all comfy home from home ,coffee machine and kettle in rooms

Golfing and friends Had a Great stay at the rosedene, with friends,this is a very clean guest house and in a perfect location.. and all the staff go above and beyond to do anything for you,, will definitely be staying here again thanks for the hospitality 👍🏻 ..

Amazing A good hotel really makes your weekend. Extremely friendly and caring hosts and comfy beds! I won’t be using any other hotel when I return to Llandudno and I will definitely be back after such a great weekend spent with family and friends ..

Great hotel Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms Andrea and Mark are very friendly hosts. Quiet area very close to all amenities including shops, sea front and the Great Orme.
Would recommend Home Cookin for a decent meal.
We will go back again.

Great group trip away made even more memorable by the excellent accommodation The rooms were clean and comfy, plenty of amenities, tea coffee etc and a very welcoming host.
Great location just a short walk into town, to some great walks and cosy pubs.
The host gave us many pointers for places to visit and things to see. The little seating outside and the communal area where you can eat / order cheap drinks was a very nice touch. 100% would stay again 10/10

Another fabulous stay Another fabulous stay at the Rosedene. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated as friends rather than guests. We will be back again next year. It was Teds first holiday and he loved it. Would recommend the Lemon Tree for tea and cake. Also had a lovely breakfast there.

Andrea and Mark are lovely. Fantastic friendly people that can’t do enough for you. Rosedene is in the perfect location and is so quiet. Not our first visit and were already planning the next. If your looking for a walking, beach, site seringen or shopping trip it’s all here. A trip to the pier is a must.

Outstanding Guest House Outstanding guest house, perfect location, immaculately clean and would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts. Have already rebooked for later in the year. Within walking distance to the promenade, shops and restaurants.

Outstanding guest house Spent 3 night s at the Rosedene. Absolutely wonderful. Hosts Andrea and Mark were so lovely, friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place was absolutely immaculate with a cozy guest lounge and great facilities . The bedroom was beautiful with a comfy bed and pillows and a pristine bathroom that smells delightful. Definitely the nicest guest house we have stayed and definitely will only stay at the Rosedene when in Llandudno. Thanks again Andrea snd Mark

Amazing place to stay We absolutely loved staying at the Rosedene. Such a great spot right next to town, but also tucked away. The beach was a 5 minute walk so you’re close to the pier and amusements.

The Rosedene felt like home, we were well looked after but also given our privacy. Andrea and Mark were lovely hosts and we couldn’t recommend their place enough. We’ll definitely be going back this summer!

Excellent. Would definitely recommend Can not fault The Rosedene at all. Stayed for two nights. Great communication prior to arrival, fantastic welcome where facilities etc were explained. Room was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Hosts have gone above and beyond in the additional touches such as water for room, sensor lights in hallway and landing, security etc
Would definitely be my first choice of place to stay the next time I’m in Llandudno

An enchanted place. We aleays fell like we are in a magical place. Fantastic place. Wonderful owners. Family atmosphere Peace and quiet.Nice and very clean hotel. A very stylish hotel. The rooms are cozy and very clean. Interesting places nearby. Very little trafić. Side street. We always fell like we are in a magical place.
