Amazing place to stay We absolutely loved staying at the Rosedene. Such a great spot right next to town, but also tucked away. The beach was a 5 minute walk so you’re close to the pier and amusements.

The Rosedene felt like home, we were well looked after but also given our privacy. Andrea and Mark were lovely hosts and we couldn’t recommend their place enough. We’ll definitely be going back this summer!

The rooms are gorgeous always spotless and the beds and amenities are fantastic and so homely. Andrea and Mark are absolutely the most amazing hosts, they cant do enough for you. We love the Rosedean and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

100% Recommend Staying, Beautiful Hotel the best in Llandudno Just come back from staying 2nights this was our fourth time staying at The Rosedene. Andrea and Mark are very friendly and welcoming anything we needed they are happy to help, nothing was to much trouble.
The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The hotel is clean and smells absolutely beautiful. This is the best place we have stayed in and have booked to come back in May and June. The hotel is in a brilliant location.

Great stay Had a lovely stay at the Rosedene late september the host were fab made sure we were happy with everything. Advised us of some great places to visit etc. Although its also a great place to stay to enjoy lots of north wales area. Looking forward to our next stay Thx Steve

We keep on coming back here Another great stay in Llandudno at The Rosedene. Mark and Andrea really looked after us and made us feel welcome. Nothing was a trouble and they couldn’t be more helpful. We love staying here as it is really convenient and provides an easy access to everything we want in the surrounding area. The room was immaculate, super clean and we get a good night sleep. Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely recommend!

Cosy base to go exploring. We wanted to explore North Wales and Anglesey and stay near a beach – this place let us do this easily. A ten minute walk gets you to the pier too, great for a romantic evening stroll. Andrea and Mark are lovely, always willing to help. Thanks for a lovely stay – Maria and Gordon.

The rosedene My stay at the Rosedene in Llandudno was exceptional! The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and well-appointed. Perfectly situated for exploring Llandudno’s beautiful beaches, promenade and attractions. Highly recommend!

Explore North Wales A Perfect Base for Exploring North Wales

We recently spent a wonderful week at The Rosedene, and it was the ideal base for our adventures in North Wales. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and Andrea and Mark were exceptional hosts, ensuring that our stay was relaxing and stress-free. The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of Llandudno’s town centre and all its amenities. We took advantage of the excellent public transport links to explore the surrounding area, including a bus trip to Snowdon, where we enjoyed a breathtaking hike to the summit. We also spent a day driving around the beautiful island of Anglesey, taking in the stunning coastal views and visiting some of the island’s historic sites. Other highlights of our trip included visits to Conwy Castle, the Great Orme, and the picturesque town of Betws-y-Coed. Throughout our stay, Andrea and Mark were always on hand to offer advice and recommendations, and their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We would highly recommend The Rosedene to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring North Wales – we can’t wait to return!”

Amazing guest house My and my partner decided to visit the Rosedene for a weekend for her birthday. What a beautiful place and so welcoming. Mark and Andrea, the hosts were absolutely fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was a double room and all I can say is WOW. Massive TV and as much tea and coffee as you can drink, they even provided snacks. I have also never stayed in a guest house so clean and well presented. We will definitely be booking a week’s stay in the summer of 25. Thanks Mark and Andrea for a memorable weekend birthday brek.

A Perfect Stay At The Rosedene Our recent stay at The Rosedene was the ideal introduction to Llandudno.

From the warm welcome by Andrea and Mark to the comfortable, well-equipped room, every detail was perfect.

The guest house’s central yet quiet location made it easy to explore Llandudno on foot, from strolling along the promenade to visiting the beautiful Botanic Garden and enjoying the breathtaking views from the Great Orme.

A scenic drive to Conwy added to the experience, where we explored the medieval castle and sampled local cuisine.

We highly recommend The Rosedene for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in North Wales, and we look forward to returning to uncover more of the area’s hidden treasures.

Rosedene Really great place to stay. Brilliant location and great hosts. Very friendly. Drinks are available And great to see a lovely old building being used to host visitors to a lovely seaside town. I would heavily recommend this to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay again

Fabulous stay in Llandudno We have stayed at the Rosedene a few times in 2024 and have never been disappointed, The Hosts, Mark & Andrea take great pride in making your stay as pleasurable as possible, the rooms are bright, decorated to a high standard and are exceptionally clean . Rosedene is in a quiet location but is in walking distant of shops and a variety of restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending Rosedene , you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent stay Second time staying here, nothing too much trouble for hosts, rooms great,and location great, would highly recommend! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the local vicinity! Have visited twice already and if visiting the area again, i’ll be booking here.
