Arrived as guests, went away with great memories and two new friends .🧡 Stunningly well decorated guest house,near to all the amenities that Llandudno has to offer. Every effort has been put in to make sure guests have a superb stay,Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts,this was our 2nd visit we’ve booked again.

Fabulous place to stay Rosedean is a lovely place to stay. My room was large with plenty of space to move around, did not feel confined. The room was super clean.
Bed was comfortable, towels soft with products available for guests to use.
Mark and Andrea were fabulous hosts, ensuring my stay was relaxing. Provided a friendly homely atmosphere. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable, giving advice and guidance on places to visit in the area.
Outside area is available to sit, eat and chill. A lounge is available with seating area in which to eat, relax or do a jigsaw
I will certainly be returning!

Thank you so much Picked the rosedene because of the reviews and location and got more than we bargaining for. Not just a great location all the reviews were spot on . Just round the corner from town centre, super clean, lovely homely feel and Andrea and Mark can not do enough for you. It was my partners birthday ask if they could pickup some flowers and champagne not a problem. Flowers on bed and champagne on ice. Made it such a beautiful touch to a all ready beautiful room can’t say enough about you both just thank you from the bottom of our hearts love col n jan xxx

Wonderful short break. Lovely hosts. My room was very comfortable and the whole place was immaculately kept. Tea coffee biscuits etc were plenty full so was the bottled water. Highly recommend and it’s near enough to all the pubs restaurants and promenade .but still very quiet for a restful nights sleep.

Another lovely visit to Llandudno, staying at the Rosedene! This is my 3rd visit to Rosedene and it was as fantastic as ever. Andrea and Mark are excellent hosts, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable and the tea/coffee/biscuits provided in the room were just the job when coming back from a trip out.

The Rosedene is just a few minutes walk from the Promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops and museums, whilst the road on which it’s situated remains relatively quiet. There is ample free parking on the surrounding streets too. I find the Rosedene to be great value for money – breakfast is not provided and this is reflected in the price.

Rosedene perfect break Fabulous place we always stay here, super friendly and so clean and comfy. And on the doorstep for food and the shops. Highly recommend Andrea and Mark go out of there way to make our stay trouble free. This is definitely the best place to stay when visiting llandudno and the surrounding area.

Excellent room only accomodation Very welcoming hosts. Lovely room, comfy bed. Downstairs room where you can eat your own food and also watch tv. Also, complimentary tea and coffee provided here as well as in the room. Cold water is also kept in a fridge. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark & Andrea.

Excellent facilities. The room was very good and clean, the facilities were excellent and the owners were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Everything was at hand and if you required a drink they even had alcohol to purchase. Overall a very pleasant stay and would go back if we ever go back to Llandudno.

Lovely place to stay This is a very clean and modern, tastefully decorated guest house with friendly hosts, Andrea and Mark. Definitely good value compared to other places.

It’s only a 3 minute walk to the seafront and even less to the main shops, restaurants and attractions.

Although breakfast is not served here there are nearby cafes etc and tea, coffee, biscuits and water were always available in the room or lounge. It felt more like a hotel than a guest house for good reasons and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This will be our go to place for trip to Llandudno The Rosedene exceeded our expectations – from the start – we were met outside and welcomed by Andrea – the hotel was immaculate, spotless and finished to a high standard. Andrea and Mark were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and bright and newly refurbed to a high standard. It is situated really near to all Llandudno has to offer but was quiet and peaceful at night time. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to family and friends, it will definitely be our go to place for trips to Llandudno

Excellent place to stay will definitely recommend Andrea & Mark are the perfect hosts nothing is to much trouble made to feel very welcome the hotel is absolutely spotless and everything is here that you need brilliant location and very quiet. If you don’t fancy going out you can order a takeaway and eat it in lounge with a glass of wine will definitely stay here again absolutely brilliant

Great restful experience yet helped us to enjoy the best of this lovely town. We booked very late and were delighted with everything at Rosedene but especially the genuine welcome of the owners.
Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms are decorated to a very high standard. It is located very near the centre of town with access to all facilities yet is a short walk off the centre making it very quiet. The hosts had many suggestions about things to do and this was very helpful. I would rate this place very highly indeed.

Great stay Lovely friendly b&b. Ideally located, comfy clean rooms and friendly hosts. Great value for money with all the necessary facilities needed. Super close to town to pick up breakfast. Parking at a premium but a little patience was all that was needed and we managed to park close by every day.
Would definititely stay again

Fantastic This is the best place I have stayed in all the time I do travel when in Llandudno next this will be my first call to see if they have room for me great guest house it was like home from home very comfy rooms good WiFi and Mark and Andrea could not do enough for you

Ideally located, well presented guesthouse We had a lovely short break at the Rosedene which is an ideal location to explore Llandudno and it’s attraction. Nothing is too much trouble for Andrea and Mark and our room was comfortable and quiet. No breakfast is actually a bonus as you can get up when you want to and there are lots of cafes a short walk away. We will definitely be booking again if we’re ever in the area.

The best place to stay in Llandudno!! Absolutely incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly and homely. Mark and Andrea made us feel so welcome and treated us like VIPs.

We had such a fantastic stay and we will not be staying anywhere else in Llandudno, The Rosedene is our new go to place. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it – you won’t regret it!

Superb Guest House What a superb Guest House. Mark and Andrea gave us such a warm welcome the place is so modern and clean and so tastefully decorated the Bedrooms are lovely, it’s very close to all amenities the Beach and the Pier and the Tram station to the Great Orem is just up the road you’ll not regret booking here we will definitely return

Golf trip Few days away here with some golfing friends. Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. Property is first class, great placement for everything. Rooms are spotless and the little touches around the place really make a difference. Choccy biscuits in the rooms. Fab. Beer was top drawer. We will be back again. Thanks to you both
