Best stay ever! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Everything about this establishment was amazing!! First of all, the owners are the most lovely people you could ever hope to meet; kind, friendly, always ready to help or assist should you need it, and to provide information about Llandudno and North Wales and give tips and advices on places to visit and things to do! They also have an adorable little dog you'll definitely fall in love with!! The guest house itself is just splendid! Perfect position, very close to the beach and the Pier and to shops/cafes/restaurants etc (they also collaborate with local businesses so that you can have discounts at different places). They have a lovely communal area where you can relax, read a book, watch TV, play board games or have a nice cuppa if the weather doesn't allow for many outdoor activities. Our room was perfect! And there is one thing in particular we want to write about (and the establishment in general); the level of cleanliness was absolutely incredibile!! We've been living in the UK for 8 years, and we visited many places, and we've NEVER found a room this clean anywhere! The carpet looked genuinely new, we had fresh towels and shower rug every day (and they smelled SO good, better than what you find at a Spa) and there wasn't even the tiniest trace of dust anywhere! They also left biscuits and sweet treats every day, that you could enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee in the comfort of your room. And the bed was super comfortable! They also put a lot of effort into the pre-stay communication, so that we knew exactly what to expect and how tings worked (for instance WiFi) before getting there. We can't recommend it enough and we'll surely be back!! Thank you for everything!
