A cheerful hop-on, hop-off ride along the prom and around the Great Orme — the easy, breezy way to see Llandudno without wearing out your feet.
If the legs fancy a rest but you still want to see the best of Llandudno, hop aboard the land train. It trundles off from the pier gates on the promenade — a short amble from our front door — and there's honestly no gentler way to take in the town.
There are a few routes to pick from. The Great Orme Express loops the headland along Marine Drive, hugging the cliffs with the sea far below and pausing at the halfway café so you can stretch your legs and soak up the view. The West Shore Express shuttles you across to the quieter, sunset-facing West Shore, and there's a cheerful town tour too, hopping between the prom and Llandudno's highlights.
It's an easy win with little ones, and a real kindness on a warm afternoon — or if walking the whole Orme feels like a stretch. All the scenery, none of the climb. Give us a wave as you pass; we might just be on the doorstep.
