A bright, modern restaurant and bar on Llandudno’s promenade — all-day brunch, a seasonal menu and cocktails, moments from the town centre.

The Goat Restaurant and Bar brings a bright, modern spirit to Llandudno’s seafront. Set on Glan y Mor Parade with an expansive open-plan dining room and a handsome bar, it is a genuine all-day address — the kind of place you can drop in for coffee and brunch, linger over lunch, or settle in for dinner and cocktails as the light goes down over the bay.

The kitchen keeps things modern and seasonal, leaning on North Wales produce, with a menu that changes through the year and moves easily from a relaxed brunch to a proper evening out. There is a well-stocked bar to match — the two-for-one cocktail menu has become something of a fixture — and both vegetarians and vegans are well looked after.

The mood is relaxed and sociable, equally suited to a casual family lunch, a catch-up with friends or a celebration, with children made very welcome and their own menu on hand. The seafront setting does the rest.

Open daily from breakfast through to dinner, with a separate Sunday menu (see the website for current times and menus). Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is wise for weekends and evenings — and it is a short, level stroll from The Rosedene down to the promenade.
