Weekend at a great guest house From the moment we got there the owners were so helpful and courteous. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfy which was great after all the walking around we did. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great guest house to enjoy your stay in Llandudno.
Super smashing lovely. A fantastic hotel and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating, cleanliness is of a very high standard, but most important is my kids loved the stay, very close to the beach pier and great selection of restaurant's. Looking forward to our return visit.
Fantastic place to stay. Andrea and mark are such lovely hosts. Always on hand with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spotless and well maintained. You can see they put a lot of effort into the upkeep. Stayed there many many times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Llandudno.
Homely and welcoming A very warm welcome as always from Andrea and Mark, stunning and homely hotel. It really is a home from home, this is our third year staying here. The perfect location, just a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The views are fantastic with plenty of exploring to do, we look forward to returning next year. Smith family
First Rate We spent a few nights at the Rosedene and the experience was absolutely a great one. Very clean and bright rooms and impeccable service and attention by Andrea and Mark who run The Rosedene. Very convenient location close to all amenities and a great base for further afield in North Wales. It was very much the linchpin in making our holiday a wonderful experience.
