We had a wonderful stay at the Rosedene. Andrea and Mark were very welcoming and gave some great local recommendations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the pier. The accommodation was immaculately clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches in the room. Overall a great place to stay!

Excellent hosts. Excellent rooms Super clean. I would not stay anywhere else in Llandudno. Mark and Andrea could not do enough for us. Checking in and out was so easy and relaxed. All of our group loved the Rosedene and location is spot on. We all loved our stay 😁😎
Lovely Guesthouse, Hosts Mark and Andrea very nice and helpful. Super rooms, very comfortable, quiet, clean (had a new refurbished feeling) very close to bars, restaurants and cafe/coffee shops (convenient as they don't do breakfast) Very nice terrace
Lovely guest house, perfect for us a we were on a golf trip in area, 2 mins walk to main area for shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, sea front etc. I had room 5, lovely room, very well presented and spotlessly clean, as was the whole house, Mark & Andrea couldn’t do enough to make our stay more enjoyable, and their communication was spot on all way through. The only down point was no breakfast, but we knew that and there’s plenty cafes etc within few mins walk. Would definitely go back again.
