Top of my list for a stay in Llandudno This was my 2nd stay at The Rosedene. A warm and friendly welcome from Mark and Andrea on arrival. The weather had turned chilly and the heating had been put on, so the room was very warm and cosy. The guest house was impeccably clean throughout and beautifully decorated. The room contained everything I needed for a short stay, plenty of wardrobe space, coffee, tea and biscuits. The bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. The shower was easy to use and powerful. The tv was easy to operate and wifi instructions were provided. The downstairs lounge is available to sit and eat takeaway food, with crockery and cutlery provided. They also offer a drinks service. The guest house is great value for money. The location is perfect as both town and seafront are a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying at The Rosedene and will definitely be returning.

Fabulous break at The Rosedean hotel. Fabulous guest house. Made very welcome,nothing is too much trouble, close to all amenities and pier. The cleanliness of the Rosedean is second to none, would highly recommend. Hope to visit again next year. Thankyou Andrea and Mark for an amazing stay. Home from home.x
